The NexLLM Wallet is your central hub for managing account credit. It shows your available balance at a glance and lets you add funds whenever you need more quota for API calls and other billable services.

Wallet Overview

When you open the Wallet page from the left sidebar, you see three key metrics at the top of the page:
MetricDescription
Current BalanceThe remaining quota available in your account for making API calls.
Total UsageThe cumulative quota you have consumed since account creation.
API RequestsThe total number of API requests made from your account.
Your Current Balance appears in two places: the Wallet page itself and the Account Overview section in Personal Settings. Both figures always reflect the same real-time value.

Add Funds

Use the Add Funds section to purchase additional credit and instantly increase your available quota.
1

Open the Wallet page

Click Wallet in the left sidebar to navigate to the Wallet page.
2

Choose a top-up amount

In the Add Funds section, select one of the predefined amounts — 1, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 500, or 1,000 — or type a value directly into the Custom Amount field.
3

Confirm the amount to pay

Review the Amount to pay displayed below the input. Make sure it matches the credit you want to add before continuing.
4

Select Stripe as your payment method

Under Payment Method, choose Stripe.
5

Complete the Stripe checkout

You will be redirected to the Stripe-hosted checkout page. Enter your payment details and confirm the transaction.
6

Wait for your balance to update

Once Stripe confirms the payment, your wallet balance updates automatically. No manual refresh is required.
The minimum payment amount is 1 USD. Top-ups must be made in whole-dollar increments — decimal amounts (for example, 1.50) are not accepted, and amounts below 1 USD will not be processed.
