Personal Settings is where you control every aspect of your NexLLM account — from viewing your balance and binding login methods, to customising notifications, adjusting the sidebar layout, and securing your account with two-factor authentication. To open it, click your avatar in the upper-right corner and select Personal Settings.

Account Overview

The top section of the Personal Settings page gives you a quick snapshot of your account:
  • Username — Your display name on the platform.
  • Email address — The email address associated with your account.
  • Current Balance — Your remaining quota available for API calls.
  • Total Usage — The cumulative quota consumed since account creation.
  • API Requests — The total number of API requests made from your account.

Settings

The Settings section contains two tabs: Account Bindings and Settings & Preferences.
The Account Bindings tab lets you manage the login methods connected to your account. From this tab you can:
  • View which login methods are already bound to your account.
  • Bind a new login method to enable additional sign-in options.
  • Change your bound email address.

Language Preferences

The Language Preferences section lets you choose the interface language used across the NexLLM platform. The selected language is saved to your user profile and may also affect the language of API error messages returned by the platform. Select a language from the dropdown menu. The setting is saved automatically as soon as you make a selection — no separate save action is required.
The Sidebar Personal Settings panel lets you choose which modules appear in your personal sidebar. These changes only affect your own sidebar layout and do not modify permissions or affect other users. After enabling or disabling modules, click Save Changes to apply your selection. To restore the original layout, click Reset to Default.
  • Playground — An interactive environment for testing AI models directly in the browser.
  • Chat — Manage and review your chat sessions.
  • Dashboard — Visual statistics and usage analytics for your account.
  • Token Management — Create and manage your API tokens.
  • Usage Logs — Detailed records of every API request your account has made.
  • Drawing Logs — Records of image generation tasks.
  • Task Logs — Records of system-level tasks.
  • Wallet Management — View your balance and top up your account.
  • Personal Settings — Access this settings page directly from the sidebar.

Security Settings

The Security section lets you manage the most sensitive aspects of your account. The following actions are available:
  • Change Password — Update your account password.
  • Access Token — Generate and manage your personal API access token used to authenticate requests.
  • Delete Account — Permanently delete your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

Two-Factor Authentication

The Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) section adds an extra layer of protection to your account. Once 2FA is enabled, you can:
  • View how many backup codes you have remaining.
  • Regenerate a fresh set of backup codes (this invalidates all existing codes).
  • Disable two-factor authentication if you no longer want it active.

Passkey Login

The Passkey Login section is designed for passwordless sign-in using a passkey registered on your browser or device. Once enabled, you can also remove a passkey after completing the required security verification.
